CMP Arles designs and manufactures HP reactors for desulphurisation and hydrotreating units in petroleum refineries.

These reactors, operating at high pressure and high temperature, are constructed in low alloy steels (1.25% Cr-0.5% Mo or 2.25% Cr-1% Mo) with 347 Stainless Steel weld Overlay.

Due to their criticality, these equipment are fabricated with very strict supply and manufacturing constraints and are subject to a particularly large number of non-destructive examinations and tests.

CMP Arles manufactures and replaces critical equipment for core refinery units such as:

Most of of this equipment is also fully coated with Hex-Metal and refractory concrete in order to work at high temperature . These Hex-Metal and refractory concrete are installed in our workshop.
