CMP Arles manufactures equipment whose weight and thickness can exceed 400 tons and 250mm.
CMP Arles produces vessels designed for different pressure and temperature conditions, and subjected to various types of services (corrosive atmosphere, lethal service, ... etc) :
- Non-alloy steel: C-Mn
- Non-alloy steel: C-Mn C-Mn with corrosion resistance characteristics (sour service, H2S, HF, Hydrogen)
- Low-alloy steels: between 1% and 5% Chrome: Cr-Mo, with increased properties and guarantees of hot and cold characteristics
- High-alloy steels: austenitic and austeno-ferritic stainless steels (duplex and super duplex) in thicknesses which can exceed 100mm
- Cladded steels and/or weldoverlay: steels: all stainless steel grade coatings and nickel base
- High Yield Strength steels (HLE): vessels and components in thicknesses which can exceed 100mm
CMP Arles designs, prefabricates and also installs cryogenic tanks up to a capacity of 80,000 m3.
CMP Arles designs and manufactures separation equipment for which the following services can be performed:
- Sizing and calculation of equipment
- Sizing and calculation of internal "process" devices
- manufacture of the equipment
- Installation of "process" internals inside the vessels in the workshop or directly on the customer site.
