Reporting to Management, you will actively participate in the preparation of cost estimates and technical and commercial proposals, from understanding the specifications to production launch :
You are involved from the initial tendering stage in preliminary sizing, technical recommendations, and technical discussions with clients and suppliers. Your theoretical knowledge allows you to understand and implement applicable building rules and codes.
As a true Project Manager, you master each phase of your projects.
You will also participate in optimizing and improving the technical and commercial management of projects, and in developing the business for new products and markets. Given the international scope of the activity, short-term travel abroad may be required.
You will work within a team of dynamic and dedicated professionals involved in the execution of high value-added technical projects.
- Cost estimation, proposal writing, technical & commercial negotiations
- Client interface management during studies, calculations & technical analyses, and implementation phases
- Control of costs and deadlines in the phases of Procurement, subcontracting, factory manufacturing, on-site services, start-up, etc.

A high school diploma or equivalent or significant experience in the role is required.
- Check the raw material certificates and release the RIRs (Receiving Inspection Reports)
- Ensure the traceability of materials during production until the manufacturer's file is established
- Before operations, ensure that the calibrations of the measuring and/or control equipment are valid
- Perform dimensional checks before welding delicate assembly work (bracing, formwork, etc.)
- Perform intermediate and final checks (possibly in the presence of the client) to verify that the manufactured components conform to the plan
- Issue the "As Built" plan
- Perform quality controls and their associated reports in accordance with the LOFC (list of manufacturing and control operations) requirements within a timeframe compatible with production planning
- Have the minutes of the various inspections validated by the Quality Control Manager
- Perform a visual inspection of the manufactured items (appearance, cleanliness)
- Be present at the hydraulic tests in order to ensure their smooth running
- Perform monitoring and control of surface treatments
- Establish the manufacturer's file, containing all technical documents related to the project, as soon as the materials arrive, in order to ensure traceability
- Perform the progressive and ongoing compilation of manufacturer files
- Open internal and supplier non-conformities in the event of malfunctions
- Resolve open non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality Manager
- Respect the time allotted for the tasks to be completed.
- Reviewing the progress of projects in each department daily to better anticipate upcoming control phases is essential
- Presenting and assisting clients during the review of documentation currently being manufactured in our workshops
- Ensure the safety of people and property and the cleanliness of the workshop

- Install, inspect, maintain, adjust, clean and repair installations and machinery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory buildings and installations
- Calibrate the measuring equipment in collaboration with the Quality Control Manager
- Participate in the design, installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Update the CMMS following preventive, corrective, and new construction work.
